Original recipe makes 24 Servings
1 cupvirgin coconut oil; softened
1/3 cupbrown sugar; packed
2 largeEggs
1 3/4 cupsflour
1 teaspoonbaking soda
1 teaspoonsalt
2 1/2 cupshigh-fiber oatmeal
1 cupssemisweet chocolate chips
1 cupchopped pecans

Guilt-Free Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream oil, Truvia, and brown sugar.

Add eggs, milk and vanilla and beat well.

Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda together.

Slowly add dry ingredients to creamed sugar and mix well.

Stir in oats, chocolate chips and nuts and mix well.

Make drop cookies by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet or Silpat lined cookie sheet.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown around edges.
