Baked Pizza Roll and Sauce Preparation
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Top dough with grated cheese to cover. Arrange pepperoni over cheese. Starting with wide edge, roll dough into long roll. Press the outer seam. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic salt. Bake as directed or until puffed and golden brown. Cool slightly and slice. Serve with warm sauce for dipping.
Serve with tossed Caesar salad.
