Original recipe makes 2 Servings
4 TablespoonsCoffee; Dark Roast, Expresso ground
1 CupWater
4 TeaspoonsSugar; To taste
1/4 CupEvaporated milk

Cortadito (Cuban Coffee) Preparation

Note: You will need an espresso maker or a French one (about $25 at most chain home stores, Bialetti is our choice)

Coffee

* Follow your espresso maker instructions to prep.

* Add sugar to container, or cup, where coffee brews on to

Milk/Froth

* Heat evaporated milk, to just at boiling.

* Pour over coffee to taste

Enjoy!

Notes

You will have to experiment between the right balance of coffee and sugar, so you end up with a nice strong cup that is sweet and not bitter!
