Chunky Chicken & Vegetable Soup
Original recipe makes 6 Servings
| 2 litresWater; boiled |
| 6 Potatoes; peel and sliced |
| 1 cupFrozen carrot |
| 1 cupfrozen Sliced beans |
| 1 cupOnion; fresh or frozen |
| Chicken stock powder Massell; to taste |
| 2 Chicken breast |
| 2 Tomates fresh |
| 2 stalkCelery; sliced |
Chunky Chicken & Vegetable Soup Preparation
Fry the chicken and then onion. pour in all other ingredients and let boil for an hour or so.
Add approx 5 tablespoons of chicken stock.
