This is recipe has the measurements that did not show up on my first post.
Tip: Another recipe with the exact-same name "Belgian Waffles" ranks higher.
Mix all the ingredients together, except the egg whites and the vanilla. Then beat the egg whites until they form stiff peaks. Fold in the vanilla to the egg whites. Then fold the egg white mixture into the rest of the batter. It may appear lumpy at first, but keep folding and it will smooth out. This recipe makes four full waffles, with a serving being 1/2 of a waffle. Bake in a waffle iron for about three minutes.
