Chicken stir fry on rice noodles

Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 lbsChicken; chopped
1 cupRed pepper; chopped
1 cupMushroom; chopped
1 cupZucchini; chopped
3 Garlic cloves
2 inchesGinger minced; chopped
1 tbsHot pepper sauce
4 tbsSoy sauce
4 tbsHoney
3 tbsSesame Oil
handfulWalnuts; grilled
handfulgreen onions
handfulCilantro; chopped
rice noodle
2Lemon grass staks
4 cupschicken broth
2Star anise
2 cupsbrocoli

Chicken ginger stir fry Preparation

1- Slice chicken and mix with chopped garlic

2- Cook chicken with onion

3- Mix soy sauce, honey and hot pepper and mix

4- Add other vegetables progressively in order of cooking time except the green onions

5- Adjust seasoning

Noodles in broth

6- Put chicken broth to (almost) boil

6- Add ginger, citronella and a piece of onion to the broth and simmer

7- Cook rice noodles in chicken broth ( 3-4 min)

8- Put noodles in a bowl, add stir fry on top, garnish with nuts, plenty of chopped cilantro and raw green onions
