| 1 tbsHot pepper sauce |
| 4 tbsSoy sauce |
| 4 tbsHoney |
| 3 tbsSesame Oil |
| handfulWalnuts; grilled |
| handfulgreen onions |
| handfulCilantro; chopped |
| rice noodle |
| 2Lemon grass staks |
| 4 cupschicken broth |
| 2Star anise |
| 2 cupsbrocoli |
Chicken ginger stir fry Preparation
1- Slice chicken and mix with chopped garlic
2- Cook chicken with onion
3- Mix soy sauce, honey and hot pepper and mix
4- Add other vegetables progressively in order of cooking time except the green onions
5- Adjust seasoning
Noodles in broth
6- Put chicken broth to (almost) boil
6- Add ginger, citronella and a piece of onion to the broth and simmer
7- Cook rice noodles in chicken broth ( 3-4 min)
8- Put noodles in a bowl, add stir fry on top, garnish with nuts, plenty of chopped cilantro and raw green onions
