a simple meatloaf recipe with red wine
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix the ground beef and the next 6 ingredients together.
Form the combination into a well packed loaf shape in a 13x9x2 loaf pan, or place in an individual cup cake pan.
Combine the rest of the ingredients and spoon onto the top of the meatloaf.
Bake uncovered, for about an hour. When done, take the meatloaf out the pan and place on a serving plate. Let stand for ten minutes before slicing/serving.
House Seasoning:
Mix salt, pepper and garlic powder in a small container, store up to 6 months. This is a seasoning that you will use over and over again.
