Original recipe makes 4 Servings

1 box / 10 ouncefrozen cut or chopped spinach; thawed
1 jar/12 ounceartichoke hearts; drained and roughly chopped
1/2 Cupwhipped cream cheese
3/4 Cupsour cream
1 Cupcheddar; grated
1/2 tspkosher salt
1/4 tspblack pepper
pita chips
tortilla chips
French bread; sliced
1 lemon; cut into wedges

Articoke Dip Preparation

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees Squeeze the spinach between paper towels to remove excess moisture.

2. In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, and Cheddar. Season with the salt and pepper.

3. Scrape the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish. Bake until lightly golden and heated through, about 15 minutes.

4. Serve warm with the chips or bread and the lemon wedges, if desired.
