Thai version of the classic minced pork
Blend 1 chili, 4 pieces of shallots and 2 pieces of garlic together.
Heat 2 tbsp of oil, stir fry blended ingredients.
Add minced pork, chilli and tomato and fry till fragrant.
Add sauce mixture, basil leaves and stir well
Garnish with peanut and basil leaves to serve.
