Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 1/2 poundsOrange Roughy Fillets
8 ozSour cream
1/4 cupShredded Parmesan
1/2 teaspoonPaprika
1/2 teaspoonSalt
1/4 teaspoonPepper
2 tablespoonsItalian Seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoonsButter; or Margaine, melted

Baked Fish with Parmesan-Sour Cream Sauce Preparation

Place fillets in a single layer in a lightly greased 13x9 inch pan. Stir together sour cream and next 4 ingredients; spread mixture evenly over fillets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and drizzle with butter. Bake at 350(F) for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
