Bang-Bang Shrimp Preparation
Using a processor, combine all ingredients except oil for 45 seconds.
Add the oil om a slow stream at high speed and continue to process until the mixture has formed a thick emulsion.
Add 3 tsp sweet chili sauce and 1 tsp Sriracha.(hot)
Dredge peeled shrimp in Western Star flour and salt/pepper. Deep fry briefly until done. (About 2 minutes)
