1 Egg
1 cFlour
1/2 tsSalt
2/3 cApplesauce
1/4 cBrown sugar
1/4 tsNutmeg
1/4 cVegetable oil
3/4 cRolled oats
1/2 tsCinnamon
3 tsBaking Powder
1/3 cmilk

Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins Preparation

Preheat oven to 375F, prepare pans. Mix dry ingredients well with a fork. Beat egg, then add oil & milk, stir in applesauce. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined.
