Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 1 clove garlic minced |
| 1 teaspoonlemon juice- fresh |
| 1 teaspoonolive oil |
| 4 ouncesfeta cheese crumbled |
| 1 teaspoonfresh oregano finely chopped or 1/2 tsp dried |
| 1/8 cupfinely chopped Kalamata olives |
| 1 poundground meat; (beef or lamb) |
| Yogurt; Sauce |
| 1 cupyogurt |
| 1 cupsour cream |
| 1/2 cupchopped cucumber |
| 2 teaspoonschopped onion |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonsdry mint |
| 1/2 teaspoongarlic powder |
Greek Burgers Preparation
Combine and form 4 patties. Grill and serve in pita or on a bun with sauce.Mix well and chill.
