I mix up a few different flavors when making my Chicken Wings- the extra flavors only take a few minutes, and provide some great variety.

Low Carb Chicken Wings - Lemon Pepper, Hot, Cheese & Garlic Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Spread out wings (skin sides up) on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly crispy (tiny wings may take less time). I find the smaller ones stick, so later in the hour, I check on them and run a spatula under them to keep them from sticking.

Lemon Pepper:

In a mixing bowl, mix your lemon pepper and lemon juice (it won't look like much). Put into the bowl 4 wings and toss them around in the mixture. Adjust to taste.

Hot:

In a mixing bowl, put in a few squirts of your favorite hot sauce. Put into the bowl 4 wings and toss them around in the sauce.

Cheese & Garlic:

In a mixing bowl, mix crumbled cheese, garlic powder and italian seasoning. Add 4 wings to the mix, and toss them around in the bowl to season.

Pour any extra "sauce" onto wings when plating.

Notes

I make these wings for myself and while they take a while to bake they require very little effort. I'd recommend using larger mixing bowls to help toss around the wings and sauce. It makes this a bit easier. If you're not a fan of blue cheese, try grated parmesan or small crumbles of feta. I like the blue cheese because it counter acts the hot wings.
