maggie_davidson ,Simple, delicious, no mess, no fuss and I have extra set aside for weeknight meals6y
jbooshey ,The onions and apples work so well with the chops. Let the onions caramelize some. The only reason I docked a star was because there was a bit too much sage and thyme. I would have locked some of the other spices to come through as well.7y
emerydewaldd7l6 ,I made this tonight and the family liked it quite a bit. It is easy to make. I used a mandolin to slice the onion and an apple slicer for the apples. My family said it was a "make again".7y
herbgrower ,Great way to prepare pork chops. They were nice and moist and the sauce was delicious. I used pork chops with bones.8y
janasuttongoldschmidt ,Easy recipe. Even though several steps was still easy. Needed to add more salt for our taste. Didn't like the sage/thyme flavor. Think next time I'll omit that and 1/2 the onion. But over all very good. The meat was very tender.8y
andrukks ,De-freakin-licious!!! I'm one of those that always thought it was strange to mix fruit and meats, but boy have i been proven wrong! I want to kiss the person who shared this recipe!9y
strawberryblunt ,My baby loves apples I used 3 with apple cider and extra season big hit I make this alot!9y
jebb36 ,These turned out nicely. I had thin chops, so cook time wasn't too long. I accidentally skipped over the part about removing the chops to cook the onion and apples, but it was all fine and tasted good.9y
gjones7 ,My husband loved this! " This is like a dish you'd get at a restaurant", he commented. Plus, it made the house smell great.9y
