Bing Cherry Ruby Port and Butter Reduction Preparation
Saute cherries ~ 30 sec in butter. Add port. Reduce 3/4. Whisk in cold butter cubes until desired consistency. Season TT. Can add a bit of cream to stabilize sauce if serving later. Also, store in thermos for service if needed.
