Easy and delisious pumpkin bar reciepe with cream cheese frosting.
Bars:
Combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into 2 greased and floured baking pans. Batter will be thick,spread out in thin layers in the baking pans. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Frosting:
Beat together all ingredients and spread on cooled bars. I add more milk as needed for thinning and easy spreading of the frosting.
