Original recipe makes 8 Servings
1 lb.sausage; browned and drained
1 cuponion; chopped
1 cupcelery; chopped
1 cupgreen pepper; chopped
1 small canmushrooms; drained
1 cancream of mushroom soup
1 cancream of chicken soup
1 cupuncooked rice
1 small jarpimento
1 1/2 cupsshredded cheddar cheese

Sausage Casserole Preparation

Mix everything and add one cup of water. Pour into a 9x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
