1 cNature Valley granola
1/4 cAll-purpose flour
1 cGranulated sugar
1/2 cdried apricots; Cut up
3 tbPowdered sugar
1 tsVanilla
1/4 tsSalt
1 cAll-purpose flour
1/2 cMargarine; or butter
2 Eggs
1/4 cFlaked coconut
1/2 tsBaking Powder

Apricot Granola Bars Preparation

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a square pan (9 x 9 x 2-inch- es). Mix 1 cup flour, margarine and powdered sugar until flour is moistened. Press in pan. Bake 10 minutes. Beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients,. Spread over baked layer. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. (Makes 36 bars.)
