| 6 carrots |
| 1 Beet; washed well |
| 3 Tomato; pick large tomoatoes |
| 2 cupsSpinach |
| 0.25 headcabbage |
| 1 wholehabanero pepper; omit if you want less spicy |
| 1 wholered bell pepper |
| 1 wholegreen bell pepper |
| 3 wholecelery stalks |
| 0.25 wholesweet onion |
| 0.5 wholeGarlic cloves |
| 3 leaveskale |
| Chili pepper; to taste |
| Salt; to taste |
Homemade V8 Juice (Raw Recipe) Preparation
Clean and prep all items for your paritcular juicer. Juice all veggies, add chili pepper and salt to taste.
Depending upon your vegetable selection, this will yield 2 to 3 servings.
