Pour the olive oil on bottom of crock pot place in chicken breasts, salt and pepper each breast put sliced onion on top of chicken then put in all the dried herbs and garlic cloves pour in vinegar and top with tomatoes
Cook on high 4 hours, serve over angel hair pasta

Kicia731 4 months agoDelicious and simple to prepare. Used chicken breasts, but next time will try it with both thighs and breast to boost flavor even more. Love the balsamic flavor!!

JennRN 1 year agoEasy and very good. I had a lot of extra sauce, I think next time I'll add rice to the pot to better soak up those yummy juices.
