Calzones with mushroom and cheese filling
Calzones are just like folded pizza pockets with a filling inside. The great thing about them are that they are really easy to make and you can have any filling of your choice. You can also make the dough in advance and freeze it.... Just thaw it to room temperature before making and you are ready to go....."Great recipe!! Had to play around with the cooking temperature and time though.. Needs to be on a higher temperature for a longer period of time.. Not sure exactly what though cause I had to keep changing it but otherwise delicious!! " - claud_dela
