Pork Loin Chops with Onions and Peppers Preparation
1. Warm oil in skillet over medium heat. Brown seasoned chops, 3 to 4 minutes per side. Set aside.
2. Stir and cook tomato paste in skillet for 15 seconds. Add pepper and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables start to brown, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
3. Add wine, bring to boil. Return chops to skillet, reduce to simmer. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Turn chops, cover and cook for another 4 minutes. Let rest for 3 minutes.
4. Serve chops with pepper/onion mixture on top.
