Heat oven to 375 degrees. Place cornflakes in a large resealable plastic bag. Lay bag flat on surface and with a rolling pin crush the flakes.

Combine cornflakes, poultry seasoning, pepper, and salt in shallow bowl.

In seperate bowl, whisk together egg, milk and Tabasco sauce. Add several chicken nuggets at a time to egg mixture, coating well. Dredge and roll in cornflake mixture. Place on foil-lined baking sheet. Generously spray chicken pieces on both sides with vegetable spray. Bake nuggets for 15-18 mins or until cooked through.
