This is the egg and sausage casserole that she serves every Christmas. Easy. Make ahead.
Mix together all ingrediants and pour into a greased , 9X13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
Serve.
Note: This may be made the night / day before and stored in the refridgerator until breakfast. If putting into the oven straight from the refridgerator, the cooking time will increase.
This is an easy receipe that is hard to mess up. We use differant sausages (sweet vs hot), and different cheeses (4 cheese pre-grated mix) or whatever we have on hand and its always an excellent way to start the holiday morning.
