Favorite of the family
1) Cook 4 chopped potatoes; 1 large carrot and 1 stalk celery in small amount of water until soft. Drain
2) Add 2 tablespoons margarine, dried onion, salt and pepper and enough Wondra flour to coat veggies.
3) Add 1 cup chicken broth made from boullion. Add enough milk to cover veggies and 2 cups of chopped ham
4) Stir while heating slowly. When soup begins to thicken, add about 1/2 pound shredded American Cheese continue stirring until cheese is melted.
