Our family loves these savory biscuits. Our recipe is very similar to other Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit recipes; we tweeked it just a little for our tastes.
Preheat oven to 400 F / 375 F for convection ovens)
Mix together Buttermilk Baking Mix with cheddar cheese, Garlic powder and Old Bay. Mix in Milk and melted Butter until well-combined. Dough should be just a little sticky, so the biscuits will be light and fluffy.
Drop large tablespoons of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400 for 12 to 14 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits just begin to turn brown.
Brush warm biscuits with melted Butter combined with remaining ingredients.
Yield about 1 dozen.
