These are amazing.
Divide oreos, scraping creme into bowl. Place cookies halves into food processor until they are fine crumbs. Add to creme in bowl. Add softened cream cheese. Mix well. For ease, I refrigerate about1 hour after mixing. Roll into small balls. Dip into melted light cocoa candy melts Place on wax paper and refrigerate until chocolate is hardened. Drizzle with white chocolate if desired.
I always refrigerate before forming balls. Also spraying your hands with Pam before rolling helps them not stick.
