Swedish Pancakes with 4 eggs Preparation
Combine and mix all ingredients, adding melted butter last. Spread over hot griddle using butter as needed. Cover the entire griddle. Flip pancake and then roll up the pancake when it is done. Service with desired toppings such at syrup, lemons and powdered sugar, or lingonberries.
