Potato Kielbasa Skillet

Potato Kielbasa Skillet

Ready in 30 minutes

Smokey kielbasa steals the show in this hearty home-style all-in-one meal. This is perfect on those cold late fall and early winter nights.

"This is a nice blend of savory with a little but of sweet. It's easy & quick. It's great to be able to get you protein, starch & vegetable all in one dish. You could use variety of substitutions for this recipe."

It was good. I would probably skip the thyme next time I make it.
