Jiffy Corn Casserole
Recipes » Side Dish » Casseroles
This family favorite is great for holidays, potlucks, or for your everyday dinners at home. It has a soft soufflé like texture and pairs nicely with anything from chili to chicken.
"My son loves this. Now he wants me to make it for his friends. We like it sweet so I added a little sugar. Next time I will try an extra egg (like my sis did) to give it more of a light cake texture. Great recipe thx!" - MichelleaceroYield: 6 Servings Ready in 1 hours, 10 minutes

Jiffy Corn Casserole Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Mix until well blended; keep in mind that the mixture will not be completely smooth.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9 x 9 baking dish (glass is our preferred but metal works too).
Bake for an hour, let it stand for about 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Cook for a shorter amount of time if you like a softer gooey casserole texture. If you plan on doubling the recipe, add about 10-15 minutes to the cook time.
