FOR BEEF AND POULTRY
1/2 tsBlack Pepper; freshly ground
1/2 cMalt vinegar
1 1/2 tsFresh oregano leaves; chopped
1/4 cWater
3 lgGarlic; minced
1 tsSalt
2 tbFresh parsley; chopped
1/2 cVegetable oil
1 tsCayenne pepper

Argentinian Chimichurri-Style Marinade Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with tight fitting lid. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours.
