Place the crackers on a microwave safe dish.
Unwrap the Rollo candies and place 2, side by side, on each cracker.
Microwave on high for about 25 seconds or until Rollos are soft enough to flatten.
Remove from microwave and flatten Rollos with the back of a spoon.
Sprinkle the flattened Rollos with the chopped walnuts and coconut.
I love to eat these while they're still warm! Goes great with a glass of milk or a cup of tea!
