Ingredients
| 1/4 cupmayonnaise |
| 2 tspminced sun-dried tomatoes; oil packed |
| 1 tspgarlic |
| 1 tsphorseradish |
| pinchcayenne |
| 1/3 cupRed onion; sliced |
| 1/3 cuppickled chili peppers |
| pinchRed pepper flakes |
| 4 sliceswhite or sour dough bread |
| softened butter |
| 1/2 cupwhite cheddar cheese; shredded |
| 4 ozdeli roast beef |
Roast Beef Panini Preparation
Combine first 6 ingredients in small bowl.
Toss onion, peppers and pepper flakes in separate bowl (drizzle with juice from peppers). Let stand for 5 minutes.
Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread. On other side, put mayonnaise mixture. Sprinkle cheese, arrange beef and top with pepper salad. Place other slices of bread on top (buttered side up).
Toast sandwiches on both sides by using a heavy skillet on top for weight. Cook over medium heat.
