Original recipe makes 2 Servings
1/2 cupQuinoa
1/4 tablespoonCinnamon
1 1/2 cupsMilk
1/2 cupWater
1 pinchSalt

Quinoa Preparation

Heat saucepan, pour in quinoa and toast (about 3 minutes.) Add other ingredients, bring to boil, then cook over low heat until thick and tender. (25 min.)
