Jeff Foxworthy's The Redneck Grill
Grill the chicken, skin side down, over indirect heat, for 1 1/2 hours, checking and turning occasionally.
Combine the brown sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, ketchup, water, butter, and lemon in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Brush chicken with sugar mixture. Grill until glazed, about 5 to 10 minutes longer, turning once.
Didn't take 1.5 hours on my grill.
