My favorite of all my grandma's recipes!
Cream together butter and sugar. Mix in egg and hot water. Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with orange juce. Fold in orange peel, cranberries and walnuts. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 for about 1 hour, 10 minutes.
