Bean Veloute` with Thyme and Cumin Preparation
Cook the dried broad beans in boiling salted water with garlic, thyme and laurel, for 5 minutes
Drain the beans over a bowl to catch the cooking liquid.
Put aside the garlic, thyme and laurel.
Blend the beans.
Add the reserved cooking liquid, the cream and cumin.
Do not add too much cumin, otherwise it will be over powering
