Quiche Lorraine (Swiss Tart) Preparation
Cut cheese into 1/2 inch cubes.
Fry bacon until crisp, drain.
Pour out all grease except two tablespoons.
Add onion and cook until tender.
preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl combine eggs, sour cream, onion, salt, cheese and crumbled bacon and dash of pepper.
Mix Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Bake for 25 to 30 minus.
Serve at once.
