Salsa Jack Daniel's buena para acompañar carnes y pescados
1. Cortar como un centímetro de la parte de arriba de la cabeza de ajo. Cortar también los pies para que el ajo al ponerlo no se tambalee, es decir, recto. Quitar por encima las pieles (las más de afuera) del ajo, pero suficiente para que se mantenga unido. Ponerlo en una pequeña fuente para el fuego y echarle aceite de oliva sobre él. Cubrir con papel aluminio. Hacer en el horno a 190 durante 1 hora. Dejarlo enfriar hasta que se pueda tocar.
2. Combinar agua, zumo de piña, salsas de teriyaki y soja, y azúcar moreno en una cazuela a fuego medio-alto. Remover ocasionalmente hasta que hierva, entonces reducir el fuego para que se quede cociendo a fuego lento.
3. Estrujar el ajo hasta que la pasta de ajo asada se salga. añadir 2 cucharaditas a la cazuela y combinar. Añadir el resto de los ingredientes y mezclar.
4. Dejar cocer a fuego lento durante 40-50 minutos hasta que la salsa se ha reducido como a la mitad y está espeso, como un sirope. No lo dejes pasar de cocción.
5. Hace aproximadamente 1 taza.
