Using a food processor, finely chop all the crab meat. In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. The Old Bay seasoning amount depends on your own personal preference. When I made this recipe recently, I discovered I had no Old Bay and the dip was still tasty. As far as the brand of crab meat, I like to use Aquamar. I think it has a good flavor for dips and crab cakes and it is inexpensive compared to other brands. Feel free to add other ingredients like fresh parsley, lemon juice, etc to make it your own.

Btw, this recipe yields a large amount. So if you don't have help eating it, you may want to freeze left overs for later. (Or be like me and eat on it slowly for a week..yum!)
