Original recipe makes 8 Servings
2 (10 3/4 oz) cansCampbell's Condensed Tomato Soup
1/3 cupsoy sauce
1/3 cupvinegar
1 1/2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
1 (3 to 3 1/2 pounds)boneless beef round steak; cut into strips
6 cupsbroccoli florets
cooked rice; hot

Slow Cooker Asian Tomato Beef Preparation

1. Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper and beef in a 3 1/2-quart slow cooker.

2. Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender.

3. Stir in the broccoli. Increase the heat to HIGH. Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until the broccoli is tender-crisp. Serve the beef mixture with the rice.

Notes

This recipe may also be cooked on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours.
