These are easy and full of flavor. Great for parties.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix cream cheese, ranch mix, crumbled bacon and half of the cheddar cheese.
Cut each biscuit into quarters and press each piece into a greased mini muffin tin to form a cup.
Place a spoonful of cream cheese mix into each biscuit cup.
Place one jalapeño slice (approx 1/4 inch thick) onto each biscuit cup.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over top of biscuits.
Bake approximately 13 minutes or until biscuits have popped up and are golden and cheese is melted.
