Scrambled Tofu Preparation
Heat oil in skillet over medium high. Sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and sauté more.
Add spice blend and mix it up for 15 seconds. Add 1/4 cup of water and deglaze the pan, scrapping the bottom to get all the spices.
Crumble in the tofu and mix well. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add lime juice and nutritional yeast. Mix and serve!
