Ideal Sunday morning breakfast. Easy, savory meal when accompanied by a fresh salad. This recipe can easily be modified to fit your tastes or ingredients on hand.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove pie crust from freezer.
Beat together eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Make garlic infused oil by combining crushed garlic with olive oil, heat in microwave 15-20 seconds.
Saute spinach in garlic oil.
Chop bacon into bite size pieces.
Shred and combine cheeses.
Assemble the quiche with spinach on the bottom, then bacon, then cheese. Pour egg mixture over.
Bake 45 minutes until top is golden brown and center is set. Let quiche rest 5 minutes before serving.
