A man, a can, a plan
Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes, or until crisp. Remove to a plate. In a bowl, toss the chicken with the flour, salt and pepper. Increase the heat under the skillet to medium-high. Cook the chicken, stirring a few times, for 3 to 5 minutes, or until just browned all over. Remove to a plate. Reduce the heat to medium and add the broccoli and onions to the pan. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the broccoli is bright green. Dump in the gravy and cheese dip, sraping the pan bottom. Reduce the heat to medium-low and str in the chicken and any juices from th plate. Cook for 2 minutes. Chop the bacon and scatter over the top.
Prepare rice according to the package. Serve chicken over rice.
