Suggest a better description1. Give your big, heavy skillet a shot of cooking spray, then put it over medium heat. Add the oil and slosh it around. When the pan is hot, throw in your pork steaks or pork chops. Let them cook through, turning once; they should be nicely browned on both sides.
2. While the pork is cooking, stir together the lemon juice, soy sauce, and Splenda or sugar.
3. Transfer the steaks to serving plates. Add the lemon juice mixture and scallions to the skillet and stir around, scraping up any tasty browned bits from the bottom.
4. Let the mixture cook down until it's slightly syrupy. Pour over the pork, scraping the pan to get all of it. Season with salt and pepper. Serve.
