Original recipe makes 4 Servings
4 to 5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
28 ouncesnsa tomato sauce
2 largeonions chopped fine; (use the food processor blade)
2 tablespoonsnsa chili powder
2 tablespoonspaprika
2 tablespoonscumin
2 tablespoonsonion powder
2 tablespoonsgarlic powder
1 tablespoonscayenne pepper

Crock Pot Pulled Chicken Taco Meat Preparation

Put the chicken in the crock pot. In a bowl, mix your tomato sauce, onion, and seasonings, stir well. Pour your tomato mixture over the chicken. Cook on High for 6 hours. When finished cooking, stir and pull the meat apart with two forks and stir well.

Serve this over a bed of lettuce topped with tomatoes and onions and you can even add some nsa salsa on top for added taste and texture. Enjoy!!
