| 1 TspGarlic cloves; Dried, minced |
| .5 TspBlack pepper |
| 2 TbspExtra virgin olive oil |
| 1 TspSalt |
| 1.5 poundsboneless chicken breast halves |
| 1.5 PoundsSmall red potatoes.; Cut into 1inch cubes |
Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes Preparation
Mix oil, all of the spices, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
Add chicken and potatoes, toss to coat well.
Arrange chicken and potatoes in a single layer on a foils lined baking pan.
Roast in preheated 425 degree (220c) oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and potatoes are tender. Turn potatoes occasionally.
