Super easy to make casserole - great for a pot luck, or to bring to a friend in need.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart shallow baking dish.
Mix all ingredients in casserole until blended. (Cover and refrigerate at this point, if making ahead - see note below.)
Bake 25-30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Really better if made the day before and refrigerated overnight. If you do this, increase the baking time to 40 minutes.
